It all began with a bad habit of nail biting. It was a habit that had to be broken. Years of stubby, neglected nails and raw cuticles had to end. In 1990, when salons were becoming a haven for women to flock to, where they could gossip and relax while getting manicures and pedicures, a protein was being formulated that would change salon “gossip” for years to come.

Inspiration to create a product, naturally enhancing a woman’s beauty came from an industry that had been over exposing artificial nail products for years. A lack of natural growth products was what the industry was starving for and something that we thought we could successfully introduce to the marketplace.
